Ametrisis seeking aSales Operations Specialist that will be responsible for leading RFP delivery, helping to coordinate RFIs, and supporting sales operations tasks that contribute to the commercial team's success. The Sales Operations team oversees sales data management, CRM administration, pre-sales support for RFPs and RFIs, contracting workflows, and KPI reporting - all in alignment with Ametris’ core values and standards.

The essential duties and responsibilities for this role include:

Lead the RFP process by creating accurate sales budgets, ballparks proposals, and other pre-sales materials quickly and efficiently.

Support the RFI process by drafting responses, gathering inputs, and coordinating reviews.

Work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Data, Project Managers, Finance and Legal teams to collect information and ensure timely deliverables.

Create and maintain proposals through the final Statement of Work (SOW), and track all versions of budgets, proposals, and contracts from project start to final signature.

Use Salesforce to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records related to RFPs, RFIs, and sales activities.

Support the maintenance of Q&A pair content library in RFI platform.

Prepare sales support presentations, as needed. · Organize and manage sales documents and collateral.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and elevate suggestions to the Sales Operations team.

Support the sales team in meeting quarterly goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications and work experience for this role are:

A Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, finance, healthcare administration, and/or community health education and promotion, marketing or sales.

Strong quantitative, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills

Interest in the US and global clinical trial landscape

Basic understanding of the sales cycle and contracting process

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems; academic,

internship or early professional experience acceptable

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong Excel skills

Clear and effective communication skills

Preferred qualifications and work experience for this role are:

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, digital health, or a CRO environment through internships or early professional roles

Experience in sales, sales development, or sales operations through internships or early professional roles

Exposure to RFP/RFI processes in digital health

Exposure to Responsive (formerly RFPIO) or comparable RFP/RFI tool, is a plus but not required

Ability to work well with cross‑functional and global teams

Comfortable working independently with clear direction and minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively within team settings

Ability to manage multiple projects, meetings, and deadlines at the same time ● Familiarity and experience with artificial intelligence tools, such as Co‑Pilot
