About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our Peripheral Vascular Medical Devices Team in the Nordics with specific responsibility for Norway to drive the sales of Gore’s high quality, innovative Peripheral Interventional and Peripheral Vascular medical device products portfolio.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow the current business within the territory, develop business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers.
Analyse and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines.
Deal with a range of contact points within public hospital administrations and their purchasing departments.
Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, attend surgical procedures, provide clinical product training, conduct product presentations, partner with educational centres of excellence and be accountable for your own investment budgets.
Attend international and regional congresses and implement local sales promotion activities.
Work both in the operating room, cath lab, and Vascular Department, as well as engaging with external business stakeholders.
Be an active member of a great and very experienced team.
Required Qualifications
Passionate about medical device sales.
Ideally degree-educated, or experienced as a radiographer, operating room nurse, or within a vascular specialty.
Experience in the MedTech industry or in a comparable medical sales role. We welcome both early‑career and experienced applicants.
Strong communication and commercial skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
Able to grow into a specialist role and act as a trusted consultative partner for customers.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and skilled at building strong customer relationships.
Natural team player with a collaborative mindset.
Fluent in English and Norwegian and/or Swedish.
Able to plan, execute, and follow up proactively with customers, with proven ability to prioritize and drive business success.
Willing and able to travel across Norway (approx. 60%); available to support other Nordic countries when needed and travel internationally for meetings, conferences, and training (approx. 20%).
This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from a home office; living near an airport—preferably Oslo Airport—is beneficial.
Desired Qualifications
Ideally degree‑educated, or experienced as a radiographer, operating room nurse, or within a vascular specialty.
Experience in the MedTech industry or in a comparable medical sales role.
