A leading software development company is seeking a Senior Full-Cycle Sales Executive to take full ownership of the sales process—from prospecting through close—while driving consistent, high-value revenue growth. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives in managing complex deals and building strong client relationships. What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to signed agreements Identify, pitch, and close mid-to-large software development deals Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline Develop tailored solutions based on client needs and technical requirements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoff and execution Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data within CRM systems Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle sales experience required Proven track record of closing complex or high-ticket deals Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Experience in software, SaaS, or technical sales strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously
