Sales Coordinator
to join our team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, driven by results, and ready to lead with purpose — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
Support sales team with administrative tasks and client communications
Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, and group resumes
Assist with CRM updates, reports, and event planning coordination
Respond to basic client inquiries and provide property information
Help organize site visits, tradeshows, and marketing materials
Sell and service small meetings
Onsite contact for all meetings and groups
What You Bring
1–2 years in hotel admin or sales support
Detail-oriented and strong with emails and scheduling
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Excellent communication and time management
Friendly, guest-focused attitude
