Estimator – Heavy Highway / Civil
Location: Houston, Texas
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to manage the preparation of civil estimates for heavy highway and infrastructure projects in the Houston area.
Qualifications 8+ years of experience on Heavy Highway construction projects 4-year technical degree required Experience with HCSS required Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage large, complex project estimates
Responsibilities Manage preparation of civil estimates for heavy highway projects Prepare estimates for bridges, concrete structures, mass excavation, and underground utilities Communicate effectively with engineers and owners to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements Support bid strategy, pricing accuracy, and competitive positioning Contribute to successful pursuit of large-scale project bids
Preferred Experience Design-Build experience preferred Proven track record of winning large project bids required
