Food Services Territory Sales Manager

sits at the center of territory development and execution - from operator pull‑through and distributor engagement through delivery coordination and long‑term account stability. This is a growth‑focused role responsible for driving approximately $3M in incremental annual revenue within an assigned geography, operating seamlessly across Sales, Production, and Logistics. This role works in close collaboration with our Foodservice National Sales Manager. This position is remote, and the ideal candidate will be in the Southeast, Midwest, or mid‑Atlantic regions of the US. Travel (20-40%) is required. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory growth plan by calling on foodservice operators to drive placements and menu integration, identifying and pursuing regional chain opportunities, and conducting product presentations and sampling. Build and strengthen partnerships with Sysco, PFG, US Foods, and regional distributors to accelerate pull‑through and support private label programs where applicable. Represent the company at industry shows and customer events. Partner directly with distributor sales teams in the field - including Sysco, PFG, US Foods, and regional partners - to drive pull‑through, increase visibility within assigned districts, and support distributor promotions and sales initiatives. Partner with production planning and logistics to ensure reliable execution, communicating availability, lead times, and fulfillment. Maintain accurate opportunity, pricing, customer data, SKUs, and specifications. Resolve issues before they escalates. Qualifications

Required: 3+ yrs Foodservice experience (sales, distributor‑facing, or operator‑facing) Willingness to travel 20–40% Strong organizational skills and follow‑through Professional communication skills Comfort working across sales, operations, and logistics Preferred: Experience in frozen bakery or premium baked goods Experience working directly with major distributors Trade show and field selling experience Benefits
