
Executive Marketing Manager

* Serve as a key connector between Executive Marketing content leaders, Media, Digital, Analytics, and Events teams.* Ensure executive messaging is activated cohesively across paid, owned, and earned environments.* Align campaign activation with executive events and in-person CXO experiences to reinforce narrative continuity.* Escalate risks, gaps, or optimization opportunities to the Director with actionable recommendations.* Drive disciplined, high-quality execution of Salesforce’s CXO paid and digital programs.* Increase executive audience reach and engagement within priority accounts.* Provide transparency into performance and optimization opportunities.* Ensure executive marketing efforts are consistently activated, measurable, and aligned to persona priorities.* Enable the Director to focus on strategy and scale while this role ensures operational excellence and delivery.* Executive Marketing Activation: Experience executing campaigns targeting senior executive audiences in enterprise environments.* Digital & Paid Channel Fluency: Strong understanding of paid media, digital distribution, and third-party partnerships.* Performance & Optimization Mindset: Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable improvements.* Operational Rigor: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.* Cross-Functional Influence: Skilled at partnering across content, media, analytics, and events teams.* 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media activation, executive marketing, or related roles.* Experience executing paid campaigns and managing media or content distribution programs.* Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with performance dashboards and marketing metrics.* Experience working in enterprise technology or complex B2B marketing environments preferred.* Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.
