Responsibilities
Contact clients who have requested information regarding their benefits
Schedule and conduct virtual benefit reviews via Zoom
Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the enrollment process
Complete accurate documentation and follow-up reports after each interaction
Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Suggested Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Basic computer proficiency for virtual meetings and digital documentation
Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
Outgoing, engaging personality focused on client satisfaction
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Prior leadership experience is a plus, with clear advancement opportunities available
