About the Role WK&T is seeking a driven, outgoing Direct Sales Representative to grow our residential and business customer base. In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers in an assigned territory, promote WK&T’s core services (internet, voice, mobile, and security), and help expand our footprint through proactive outreach and relationship‑building.

What You’ll Do

Generate new sales through outbound outreach to residential and business prospects through door-to-door efforts

Manage and grow assigned territory by identifying opportunities and building relationships

Deliver tailored sales presentations based on customer needs and demographics

Submit accurate orders and maintain up‑to‑date customer records

Track daily activity in various software programs as assigned by management

Monitor competitor offerings and market trends

Sell and maintain license requirements for residential and business security services

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and follow‑through

Participate in ongoing training to stay current on WK&T products and services

Support team goals with a positive, collaborative attitude

Occasional overnight travel may be necessary for training or in support of company goals

Participate in local events as assigned by management during the work week and occasional weekends

What You Bring

Experience in sales, customer service, or related field

Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (preferred)

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities

Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and sales software

Willingness to work outdoors and travel within assigned territory in all weather conditions
