Position Summary

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in a retail showroom environment. This position plays a key role in providing exceptional customer experience through personalized service, expert product knowledge, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for design and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their design goals and product needs.

Showcase and demonstrate a variety of products, highlighting features and benefits.

Provide tailored recommendations and guide clients through the selection and purchasing process.

Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.

Maintain visually appealing and organized product displays within the showroom.

Stay informed on new product lines, features, and industry trends to effectively support customers.

Collaborate with design professionals, builders, and contractors to support project needs.

Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in luxury or design-related industries.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build rapport and close sales through consultative selling.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with POS and CRM systems; experience with

Acumatica

is a plus.

Passion for design, home improvement, or related fields.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays.
