Position Summary St. Francis de Sales Parish School is seeking a caring, faith-filled, team-oriented, and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026–27 school year. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing classroom environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of our youngest learners while integrating Catholic values throughout the school day.
Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood and elementary standards Foster a positive and structured classroom environment that supports young learners Integrate Catholic faith and values into daily instruction and classroom life Support early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school and parish events Assess and monitor student growth to inform instruction
Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or currently working toward obtaining a bachelor's degree Wisconsin teaching license (or ability to obtain one) preferred
