Regular Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:15 am – 4:45 pm, with a rotating shift of 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

This role is locatedin a
call center environment
and is responsible for responding to Member inquiries and providing an exceptional Member experience through multiple service channels to guide Members toward products and services that meet their financial needs and goals.
New employees may be eligible for a hiring bonus of $500.00.
Key Responsibilities
Actively listen to the Member’s needs and recommend the best solution(s) for their situation
Display excellent interpersonal skills with co-workers and Members
Perform Member account transactions in accordance with security, regulatory, and compliance standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong emphasis on elevating the Member experience in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills and Experience
A High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one month of similar or related experience, call center or banking experience preferred
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
Physical Requirements
Ability to use a computer, phone printer, scanner/copier, sitting or standing for extended periods, pushing pulling and possibly lifting up to 50 pounds.
