Role Description This is an internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern - Contact Center, based on‑site in Dallas, TX. The intern will assist in developing and managing sales strategies, supporting contact center‑related marketing campaigns, and contributing to customer service enhancements. Responsibilities will include supporting the sales team with outreach, coordinating training sessions, and analyzing data to identify sales opportunities. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive lead generation, engage potential clients, and support account management activities.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills to build meaningful relationships and enhance client interactions

Interest or experience in sales and sales management to support outreach and client acquisition efforts

Ability to assist with training initiatives and support knowledge transfer activities

Basic understanding of marketing principles and a proactive approach to learning new concepts

Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus

Current enrollment in a degree program related to marketing, business, communications, or similar fields

Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to work on‑site in a dynamic team environment
