Overview We are seeking a driven Sales & Leasing Associate to join our team - someone with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, building strong customer relationships, and confidently guiding prospects through the buying or leasing process. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional with natural leadership skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, and collaborates effectively with teammates to deliver EPIC results and customer experiences.

Position Summary The Sales & Leasing Associate is responsible for selling and leasing new and pre‑owned homes, as well as brokered homes in a specified manufactured housing community. The associate will show, advertise, market homes, and coordinate closings. They work with their team onsite and remotely, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities What you will do:

Represent the benefits of living and owning a Manufactured Home in a Cambio Community, using consumer research and comprehensive knowledge of our solutions to meet customer needs.

Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by implementing effective strategies and tactics.

Generate and sustain lead production using marketing and sales efforts, making outbound communication to build relationships and organizing daily work schedules to call potential customers.

Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards upheld.

Assist with coordination of marketing and sales efforts at the community, including placing advertisements and tracking ad effectiveness.

Meet, greet, and qualify prospects visiting the community, asking pointed questions to determine buyers’ or lessees’ wants and needs.

Complete required forms and deliver executed documents to assigned departments.

Complete inspections and assist in coordinating necessary repairs to community rental homes.

Manage the home leasing program as assigned.

Coordinate closings and accurately complete all required closing packages.

Inspect resident‑owned homes for potential purchase, complete supplied forms, take photos, and make a business recommendation regarding the purchase.

Coordinate with community management on any service requests as assigned.

Participate in the monthly sales and occupancy variance reporting process.

Work flexible hours, nights, and weekends as needed; one scheduled evening per week and one scheduled Saturday per month, plus other non‑business hours as customer traffic dictates.

Accept temporary or permanent reassignment of work location as directed by the Regional Manager or Divisional Vice President.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications What you should have:

High school diploma or GED, plus two years related experience in sales, with housing sales experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Active and working personal mobile phone.

Reliable transportation to work.

Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet use.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

A growth mindset, always testing and learning.

Willingness and ability to present yourself in a neat, clean, and professional manner during the workday and whenever present at the community.

Compensation We offer competitive pay commensurate with the market and relevant experience, along with an excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA, and 401(k). Certain positions with sales and leasing responsibilities may receive a commission plan or override program.

Supervisory Responsibilities This job may directly supervise one employee within the sales department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb.

Continually required to talk or hear.

Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Must occasionally lift and/or move more than 20 pounds.
