Location: Holdrege, NE
Pay: $19$21/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

You'll play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer orders, and ensuring a smooth flow from quote to delivery. What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support sales for manufactured parts and finished products while serving as a primary point of contact for customers. You'll work closely with production, inventory, shipping, and external sales teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support
* Prepare and process sales quotes, customer orders, and order revisions * Enter and maintain accurate customer orders in the ERP/MRP system * Provide customers with pricing, lead times, product availability, and order status updates * Coordinate with production, purchasing, and inventory teams to meet customer requirements * Support timely delivery and resolve order-related issues as they arise
What We're Looking For
* Previous sales experience is required * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
