Scope of Work FCSD #1 seeks a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) or agency to provide school-based physical therapy services for students on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). All services must strictly comply with IDEA, WDE Chapter 7 Rules, and FCSD #1 Board Policies.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Service: Evaluation, goal setting, and therapy for students on IEPs.
Compliance: Systematic progress monitoring and attendance at MDT/IEP meetings.
Integration: Mandatory use of District software and adherence to confidentiality (FERPA) procedures.
Contract Terms The contract begins with the Extended School Year (ESY) session and extends through the 2026‑2027 school year.
ESY 2026:
June 9 – July 16, Monday‑Thursday, 5–10 hours per week.
SY 2026‑27:
August 17 – June 6, District Calendar, 30–40 hours per week. Final hours determined by the District based on student caseload.
Submission Requirements Only complete proposals will be considered. A complete proposal must include:
Credentials: Copy of current Wyoming Board of Physical Therapy License.
Compliance Narrative: Summary of experience with WDE Chapter 7 Rules and IDEA.
Cost Proposal: Hourly rates for Direct and Indirect (Meetings/Reports) services.
References: Minimum of three references with contact information.
