National Law Firm is recruiting for a
skilled Paralegal
to support attorneys across corporate governance, SEC filings, and transactional matters.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and file corporate/LLC formation + governance documents
Handle EIN + SEC Form ID (EDGAR Next) applications
Coordinate signature packets, closings, and binder sets
Obtain good standings, lien searches, and D/B/A records
Provide document editing/formatting and Microsoft Office support
Assist with SEC filings and audit responses
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years corporate/securities paralegal experience
Exceptional attention to detail & communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality
Notary certification
(or willingness—firm will cover fees)
