Position Summary Maintain facility and sales floor safety, ensure the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) is organized, stocked, and merchandised according to policy, and provide members with expert service and recommendations on tire and battery products.
Responsibilities
Adhere to safety policies and procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
Organize, stock, zone, and merchandise the TBC sales floor, handling returns, shrink, and damages.
Set up, clean, and organize product displays and price and sign merchandise.
Monitor tire and battery order status and assist members with appointment scheduling and communication of changes.
Provide member service, recommend products, explain warranties, and resolve concerns.
Drive sales and service excellence, collaborate with club associates to promote TBC offerings.
Triage and prioritize service workflow in TBC bays, optimize efficiency, and recommend to Team Lead or Technicians.
Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, industry guidelines, equipment, TPMS, product specs, POS, and selling techniques.
Use digital tools and handheld devices to enhance operations and engagement.
Model high‑quality service, develop and mentor team members, and support training.
Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges using proper procedures.
Maintain documents, comply with policies, and seek improvement opportunities.
Show respect for individuals, teamwork, integrity, customer focus, and excellence.
Follow safety and security guidelines for TBC products and services, report complaints and hazards.
Use POS procedures to prevent shrink, follow legal requirements, and assist members with payment methods.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver's license.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Auto service industry background.
Retail experience.
