Personal Lines Producer/Sales Agent
Job Summary An established agency is seeking a motivated and experienced
Personal Lines Producer/Sales Agent
to join their dynamic and collaborative team. With a strong balance of service and sales, they are committed to providing exceptional service to clients while supporting the professional growth of their employees. This role offers the flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or fully remote for highly qualified candidates within the same time zone.
Compensation Package
Base Salary : $40,000 (depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses/commissions

Responsibilities
Actively produce and manage Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts
Engage in fieldwork to generate new business opportunities
Quote new and renewal business, leveraging experience with carriers such as Grange, Auto Owners, Travelers, and Progressive
Utilize Hawksoft and PL Rater software for account management
Collaborate with senior service representatives to ensure seamless client service
Demonstrate self-sufficiency by taking initiative and problem-solving independently
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience : Proven track record in a similar role with the ability to hit the ground running
Preferred Carrier Experience : Familiarity with Grange, Auto Owners, Travelers, and Progressive is a significant advantage
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Hawksoft and PL Rater software
Soft Skills : Strong self-sufficiency, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work
Work Arrangement : Open to onsite, hybrid, or fully remote candidates (remote candidates must be in the same time zone)
