Job Description\nPerforms routine cleaning in offices and public access areas within OU Residential communities. Tasks are precisely defined.

Representative Duties

Mops, sweeps, waxes, and polishes floors.

Cleans and dusts furniture, equipment, etc.

Locks and unlocks offices, classrooms, and conference areas. Contacts with others are of a routine nature.

Collects and disposes of wastepaper and refuse.

Vacuums carpeted areas where applicable.

Maintains lavatories and rest rooms in a sanitary condition.

Completes Make Ready services.

May shovel snow from doorways and sidewalks.

Performs related duties as assigned.

Make Ready Services will include but are not limited to the following:

Deep clean residential bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, light fixtures and all surface areas.

Replace shower curtains.

Deep clean kitchens including inside and outside of refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, ovens and dishwashers.

Clean spills, remove burn-on food, grease, and other items.

Deep clean and trash removal from all cabinetry and furniture.

Deep clean ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, vents, and all surface areas.

Deep clean doors, walls, windows, and floors.

Remove all visible spots, stickers, residue, etc.

Sanitize both sides of mattresses.

Perform carpet care including spot cleaning, stain extraction and shampooing.

Complete stain treatment/shampoo of residential furniture, vacuum under cushions.

Adjustment and staging of furniture.

Essential Job Duties:\nData Coding, Management, & Integrity.

Serve as subject matter expert for engagement data in the system of record with primary focus on time, talent, and communication, as defined in CASE metrics & internal data definitions.\nDocument & enforce standard business procedures for coding engagement data into system of record; monitor & train division staff on data coding to ensure accurate tracking of engagement.\nWork with communications & records teams to improve contactable alumni count through re-subscription campaigns, spam verifications, and accurate, transparent, & compliant communications preferences coding.\nOversee special data hygiene initiatives related to engagement, including employment updates & email/address research; serve as point person for outside vendors.\nMonitor & work with AOS senior staff to integrate new sources for engagement data into system of record with focus on establishing mutually beneficial relationships with campus partners & the Alumni & Parent Engagement Office.\nIn collaboration with senior AOS staff, execute & monitor engagement data imports, exports, and integrations, resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy; serve as data hygiene oversight lead for Gravyty, Cerkl, Mythos products, & others that contribute to Communication scoring.

Train division staff on data tools, CRM functionality, and best practices related to engagement.\nIdentify enhancements to CRM to meet evolving needs.\nAssist Slate Captains through specific duties related to CRM conversion to Slate for Advancement:\nTest & validate engagement data in Slate, including engagement-related reporting & communications preferences (dashboards, lists, relevant Deliver module functions).\nTest new automations around engagement data in Slate.\nWork with outside vendors to develop & train into on-going management of new constituent-facing portals (alumni portal, volunteer portal, crowdfunding/Giving Pages).

Data Governance
