Position Overview We are seeking a driven and aggressive
Sales Representative
to grow our wholesale home décor business across key retail channels. This role will focus on expanding and managing accounts within
Off-Price, Specialty, and Value retail segments , while also supporting broader customer categories as needed.
The ideal candidate has wholesale sales experience and understands how to navigate fast-moving retail environments. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on prospecting, closing, and building long-term retail relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow wholesale accounts
across Off-Price, Specialty, and Value retail channels
Prospect aggressively for new business opportunities
and expand distribution
Present home décor collections to buyers , tailoring assortments to each retail segment
Negotiate pricing, programs, and delivery timelines
Manage the full sales cycle , from outreach through order fulfillment
Maintain strong relationships with buyers and merchandisers
Track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Stay informed on home décor trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure accurate order execution and timely delivery
Qualifications
Some Wholesale sales experience required
Selling to Off-Price, Specialty, or Value retailers strongly preferred
Aggressive, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Organized and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Understanding of retail buying cycles and merchandising strategies
Ability to work independently and take initiative
