Diamond Outside Sales RepresentativeDiamond Door – an ASSA ABLOY company manufactures dry freight aluminum roll up doors for the transportation industry as well as panel overhead doors and aluminum shutter doors (coiling doors). This combination offering makes Diamond a one stop shop for any customer's roll up door needs. We also have the ability to design and 3D model the best solution for any application. We opreate out of Upper Sandusky, Ohio and service customers across the United States**Position Summary**The Diamond Door Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth of the Diamond Door product line through proactive sales activities, relationship management, and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on expanding market share and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Representative collaborates closely with operations, inside sales and service teams to ensure smooth execution from quote to delivery.**Key Responsibilities****Sales & Business Development*** Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed Diamond Door revenue and profitability targets.* Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across truck body manufacturers, trailer manufacturers, fleet owenrs and national fleets, last mile delivery companies, rental & leasing companies and specialty door markets.* Grow existing accounts through relationship-building, cross-selling, and account management.**Customer & Channel Partner Support*** Serve as the primary point of contact* Provide product expertise, technical guidance, and solution-based recommendations to support customer needs.* Conduct product demos, presentations, and site visits as needed.**Quoting & Pipeline Management*** Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with company standards.* Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely updates on activities, forecasts, and opportunities.* Track market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing and sales strategy.**Collaboration & Coordination*** Coordinate closely with operations & production to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution.* Partner with marketing to support trade shows, and promotional initiatives.* Provide feedback to leadership on product enhancements, market needs, and customer insights.**Reporting & Performance Metrics*** Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.* Meet KPIs including revenue growth, quote-to-close ratio, territory expansion, and customer retention.**Required Qualifications*** 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, fabrication, construction products, or industrial doors.* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.* Ability to read & understand technical product features.* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.* Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft tools.* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel**We are the ASSA ABLOY Group**
