What You'll Do As a Residential Sales Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of sales representatives to ensure individual and team sales goals are consistently met or exceeded. You will be responsible for monitoring sales activities, including lead follow-ups, quality assurance, and closing performance. In partnership with the Sales Manager, you will conduct ride-alongs to coach team members and strengthen their knowledge of all service offerings. Additional responsibilities include assisting with interviews, onboarding, and scheduling, as well as identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans. You will also conduct and participate in regular sales and branch technician meetings to maintain alignment and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or a related field preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales leadership
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong understanding of company services and market positioning
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
Ability to access tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
May require extended periods of walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and stooping
May require long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
