A day in the life of a Home Equity Application/Sales Specialist As a Home Equity Application Specialist at People Driven Credit Union, you will perform intricate loan officer duties focused on home equity loans. Your primary responsibility will involve meeting with applicants to collect complete and accurate loan applications while explaining credit policies and gathering essential documentation. You will ensure that every loan application and initial disclosure is thorough, accurate, and compliant with credit union regulations.
This role emphasizes a member‑centric approach, as you strive to meet the needs of our members, providing timely and professional service. In addition to facilitating loans, you will actively cross‑sell other credit union products, such as debt protection, anticipating and educating members on their financial needs. Your expertise will empower members to make informed decisions, showcasing your commitment to excellence and integrity in every interaction.
Would you be a great Home Equity Application/Sales Specialist? To excel in this role, a strong understanding of lending policies, guidelines, and procedures is essential.
