
Private Client Manager

The Private Client Manager (PCM) is an experienced client development expert who will use first hand insight and understanding of high net worth individuals (HNWI) to identify and approach potential clients and introduce them to the Bulgari World. This HJ expert will map out clear client journeys from prospecting, to developing, to nurturing, to closing high-end sales. Success is measured by increased sales revenue and new client acquisition.

Job responsibilities
Develop and implement a local strategy to source, develop and nurture high-potential and current HNW Bulgari clients to propose and close high jewelry pieces.
Constantly nurture relationships with clients, in store and outside the Create personalized experiences, along with the marketing team, that help connect the client to the Bulgari brand and lifestyle.
Host potential HNW clients at brand event’s throughout the year with the goal of closing HE Travel domestically and internationally is required.
Assess the clients’ personal taste and individuality to make appropriate HE product suggestions and have the ability to gauge potential spend on an annual and ongoing basis.
Be an active networker, proactively identifying opportunities to meet potential clients through relevant industry and social events.
Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and to explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty among new and existing clients.
Collaborate effectively and build relationships with cross-functional teams and colleagues, both in corporate and field environments
Profile
10+ years experience working in a luxury environment is essential, with an established network of HNW contacts and keen understanding of luxury clients’ needs
A thorough understanding of the luxury consumer and his/her needs and expectations
The prospect of acquiring genuine and valuable new clients will excite and motivate you
A people person with high energy and a drive to succeed; a natural relationship builder
Professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions
Additional information This PCM position can be based anywhere in the United States.
Base Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000 with potential for commission and bonus
