Sales Enablement Specialist

Giftogram, Hanover, NJ, United States

Sales Enablement Specialist · Parsippany, NJ · Full-Time · In-Office

About Us Founded in 2012, Giftogram has grown into a profitable B2B rewards-and-gifting SaaS platform. Our clients range from mid-market corporations and nonprofits to Fortune 500 brands worldwide. We've delivered hundreds of millions of dollars to gratified recipients and we're just getting started. Giftogram could be a great fit for you if you value creativity, optimism, ambition, integrity, and resourcefulness. We're entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for curious, motivated people who want to grow their skills while making a real impact.

About the Role As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work at the center of our go-to-market motion. This role exists to make our sales team faster, sharper, and more effective, from the first outbound touch to expansion conversations with existing customers.

You’ll be the connective tissue between marketing, AEs, and AMs, translating Giftogram’s value across use cases and buyer types: HR and employee recognition, consumer promotions, marketing incentives, sales performance, and more. You’re equally comfortable writing a cold outbound sequence, building a pitch deck, or responding to an RFP, and you understand that great sales enablement is part strategy, part craft, and part hustle.

What You’ll Do Sales Content & Collateral

Write first drafts of sales materials including one-pagers, battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, and capability overviews, pulling in input from product and content experts to sharpen accuracy and relevance

Develop and maintain persona- and vertical-specific messaging that reflects how Giftogram solves real problems for HR leaders, marketing teams, sales organizations, and consumer brands

Build and update a library of reusable sales assets that AEs and AMs can quickly customize and deploy

Outbound & Campaign Support

Develop outbound email sequences, 1-1 and 1-few campaign messaging for target accounts and verticals, in close partnership with the sales team

Help research, build, and deploy Giftogram’s ABM program from the ground up: identifying target account criteria, developing personalized account-level content, and coordinating with AEs on timing and outreach

Track and report on ABM program impact, including account engagement, campaign influence, and deal progression, and use those insights to continuously refine the approach

Collaborate with the Demand Gen team to ensure outbound messaging is consistent with broader campaign strategy and market positioning

Expansion & Adoption

Equip Account Managers with the tools and talking points they need to drive expansion conversations, including expansion decks, use case guides, and objection-handling materials tailored to specific account context

Identify messaging opportunities tied to new product features, integrations, or customer milestones and translate them into ready-to-use AM assets that support increased usage and account growth

RFPs & Proposals

Own the response process for RFPs, RFIs, and custom proposals — coordinating across sales, product, and leadership to deliver accurate, compelling submissions on deadline

Maintain and continuously improve a master RFP content library to increase response speed and consistency

Full-Funnel Awareness

Maintain a working knowledge of the full sales funnel — from awareness and outbound through demo, proposal, close, and expansion — so that materials are relevant at every stage

Regularly sync with AEs and AMs to gather field feedback and incorporate it into updated messaging and assets

What You’ll Bring

2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, B2B marketing, or a content-focused role supporting a sales team

Strong writing skills, you can write clearly, persuasively, and in a brand voice across formats (email, slides, one-pagers, proposals)

Comfortable working across multiple buyer types and industries; you can flex messaging without losing consistency

Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign support, sequencing, and asset tracking

Hands‑on experience with Google Slides; you can produce polished, presentation‑ready materials without heavy design support

Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven, especially under the time pressure of RFPs and live deals

Collaborative by nature! You build strong working relationships with sales, marketing, and product, and you know how to gather input without letting a project stall

Curious about new technology and quick to adopt it – you actively use AI tools to draft faster, iterate smarter, and scale your output

Nice to have, but not required:

Familiarity with gift card, rewards, incentives, or loyalty categories

Experience supporting both self‑serve and enterprise sales motions

401(k) with company match

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance

On‑site in Whippany, NJ

15 PTO days + paid holidays

High‑visibility role with direct impact on revenue and growth

Collaborative, fast‑moving team that values initiative and ideas

A product people genuinely love sending and receiving
