General Purpose The Assistant Golf Professional / Tournament Director plays a key leadership role in the daily golf operations at Eaglewood Golf Course, with primary responsibility for tournament execution, player development programming, and front-line staff supervision. This position is designed to blend operational leadership with revenue-generating initiatives, including tournaments, leagues, and instructional programming. This role oversees critical guest-facing areas including the golf shop, cart operations, driving range, and simulator experience, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency. The position works closely with the Head Golf Professional to elevate programming, enhance the player experience, and drive participation across all golf-related offerings.
