Property Manager
The person filling this position owns responsibility for the full management of an HOA with 350 homes. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager is responsible for managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws. Community Association Managers must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida. MUST HAVE FL CAM AND 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE! START DATE APRIL 1ST. Full-Time Compensation up to $90K DOE. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE BOCA RATON AREA! Skills & Qualifications: Strong computer skills and ability to learn and train others on new applications. Adaptable to change and ability to take full advantage of local office resources, policies and procedures. Patient and excellent listener with strong sense of empathy and ability to resolve disputes. Decisive and efficient in solving problems and responding to inquiries. General Skills/Qualifications: Licensed CAM in the state of Florida. 3+ years experience in property management. Strong managerial background. Highly responsive and able to provide excellent customer service. Ability to create and develop long-term relationships. Multitask in a fast passed environment. Capable and efficient in using computer systems including: MS-Office, property management software and email. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to take on new projects. Self Starter & Team Player. Must pass a drug screening and background check.
