Who you are Experienced:
You bring 5 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or demand generation.
Performance-driven:
You bring hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
Analytical:
You think beyond standard KPIs, using website behavior, conversion data, and attribution insights to guide decisions.
Detail-oriented:
You manage budgets, targeting, and campaign structures with precision and care.
Experiment-driven:
You continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
Collaborative:
You work closely with marketing, data, and operations teams to align paid media with broader campaign goals.
That's the job Campaign execution:
Plan, set up, and launch campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and other platforms.
Optimization: Continuously refine campaigns through budget reallocation, bidding strategies, creative updates, and audience targeting.
Global ownership: Manage multi-country campaigns, balancing standardization and localization while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Experimentation:
Run structured tests across keywords, creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve efficiency and conversion.
Funnel strategy: Build and optimize campaigns across funnel stages to guide prospects effectively.
Collaboration: Partner with ABM, Brand, Campaign, and Partner Marketing teams to align paid strategy with overall objectives.
Performance management: Oversee global paid media investments, budget pacing, and campaign calendars.
Reporting: Analyze performance and deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
Data alignment: Work with Marketing Ops and Data teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
