As an Account Executive, you'll build strong relationships with the best restaurants to deliver a big impact on the restaurant selection on UberEats. Your primary focus will be bringing on new restaurants and using your pitching, negotiating, and driving internal processes skills to set up our partners for success. Next to that, you will partner with restaurants to make sure they are onboarded in the platform and grow together with Uber Eats to reach new heights.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage a sales pipeline, leveraging your local knowledge to expand the restaurant selection available for customers.

Own the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from prospect and pitching to contract negotiation and closing deals that drive significant business growth.

Develop and maintain long-term partnerships by communicating the value of Uber Eats and our newest product features to help restaurants reach their business goals.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams like Operations and Account Management to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and set new partners up for long‑term success.

Basic Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional sales experience

Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing a sales pipeline.

Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.

Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Comfortable at managing your own time and having clear prioritisation skills

Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets)

Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems

Experience in the food delivery or online marketplace
