GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to approach design challenges with an innovative lens. This role will involve creating a variety of event assets, collaborating with the team to concept and execute designs that align with event themes, and ensuring all design files are kept up-to-date for production deadlines.
*This role is contract-based and is not a full-time position. Specific contract duration will be determined by the project.*
SKILLS & ABILITIES Design Creation:
Produce event assets as needed, including posters, menus, social media graphics, vinyls, and other print or digital materials.
Concept Development:
Work on design concepts based on event themes, taking direction from the team while also contributing unique and creative ideas.
Asset Updates:
Regularly update and modify existing assets as required. Ensure all design folders and files are kept organized and up-to-date for print and production deadlines.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients, presenting design ideas and revisions, and incorporating feedback into final outputs.
Timely Execution:
Manage design tasks efficiently under tight deadlines, prioritizing work to meet the fast-paced demands of event production.
QUALIFICATIONS Design Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign; experience with Procreate is a plus.
Organized & Efficient:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure that files are prepared and maintained for seamless production.
Creative Thinking:
Ability to approach design with an innovative and unique perspective, contributing fresh ideas that align with event themes.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating with external partners and clients.
Adaptability:
Thrives in fast-paced environments and can meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a related field such as event production or marketing.
