The Canada Strategy & Operations team at AWS Canada is seeking a driven, analytical, and dynamic Revenue Operations professional to lead Sales Operations for industries within Canada Enterprise.
As a key business stakeholder partnering with sales leadership, you will drive strategic initiatives that propel revenue growth, pioneering AI agentic workflows to supercharge forecasting and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities
Support the rhythm of business with Annual Planning Cycles, territory planning, forecasting, Monthly Business Reviews, and cadenced metrics reporting.
Analyze data using CRM tools and advanced analytics to spot risks, recommend actions to hit quotas, and calculate commissions with precision.
Lead cross‑functional efforts with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Partners to deliver predictable reporting and strategic recommendations.
Work hand‑in‑hand with sales managers to forecast attainment, align territories, and manage compensation, enhancing processes with experimental AI agents for sales accountability and pipeline optimization.
Define and execute the vision for sales systems, processes, and policies to scale the business, including headcount planning and end‑to‑end execution of revenue goals.
Strategic Impact Drive operational excellence and strategic transformation initiatives, building consensus across divisions while maintaining focus on customer success and sustainable business growth.
Execute AI initiatives to measure AI services sales and boost team performance.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of leading a divisional sales operations function or equivalent responsibilities in a mid‑to‑large‑scale, multi‑geographical hi‑tech sales organization.
Hands‑on experience in territory planning, compensation, forecasting, finance, strategy, and business development.
Proven ability to invent, refine, and implement sales processes and policies.
Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills; extensive Excel and Microsoft Office expertise required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a high‑growth, technology company.
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
Excellent presentation skills for senior management; highly organized multitasker.
AI certification or familiarity with building agentic workflows.
