Description Regional Sales Manager – South Central Region
VEKA South, Inc, part of VEKA North America, a proud member of the family‑owned global VEKA Group and the world’s largest vinyl extruder for the window and door industry, is seeking a highly dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
With over 900 employees across four U.S. locations, VEKA is committed to innovation, quality, and long‑term customer partnerships. This role is critical in driving sales growth and profitability across the South‑Central region, focusing on strengthening current relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Requirements
4‑year degree preferred with a proven 5+ years’ experience in a regional or territory sales role
Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region (South‑Central) as well as industry shows
Excellent communication, negotiations, and relationship management skills.
Strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and recommend an annual and five‑year strategic sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory, identifying target markets, prospects, and growth opportunities.
Maintain and grow the existing customer base profitably, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with VEKA’s strategic objectives.
Build strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders at all customer levels.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with other stakeholders within VEKA
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and VEKA’s products to effectively represent the company and deliver value‑added solutions.
Establish accurate and competitive pricing strategies in line with company objectives and market conditions.
Build credibility, trust, and loyalty with customers through consistent, value‑driven engagement.
