Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and support staff within assigned departments
Oversee daily operations and ensure departments run efficiently
Provide a high level of customer service on the retail floor
Work closely with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Assist with merchandising, product displays, and inventory organization
