Job Description Cape Cod Insulation is a locally owned and operated business in South Yarmouth with over 50 years of experience serving our community across the Cape and South Shore. We are actively recruiting a gutter installer to support the demand of the active housing market.
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Seamless Gutter Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, fabricating, and installing seamless gutter systems on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, has experience with power tools, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Measure rooflines and calculate materials needed for seamless gutter installations
Operate gutter‑forming machines to fabricate seamless 5"/6" k‑style gutters on‑site
Install gutters, downspouts, and related components according to company standards
Ensure proper pitch and secure attachment for optimal drainage
Inspect and repair existing gutter systems as needed
Load and unload materials and maintain organized job sites
Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications
Previous experience in gutter installation, roofing, construction, or a related field preferred
Ability to work at heights and on ladders safely
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials
