Requires as Sales Consultant As a Sales Consultant you will play a key role in helping customers find and purchase vehicles that meet their needs.
Greet customers and assess their needs.
Provide information about different vehicle models, features, and pricing.
Offer test drives and explain vehicle performance.
Stay up to date on the latest models, trims, and technology.
Understand financing, leasing, and warranty options.
Guide customers through the buying process.
Negotiate pricing and trade-in values.
Prepare sales contracts and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
Work with finance managers, service advisors, and other dealership staff.
Participate in training and sales meetings.
Keys to Success
Effective communication and people skills
A cheerful outlook and a strong work ethic
Previous auto sales or customer service experience is a PLUS but not required.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Desire to grow and advance in a supportive team environment.
