Job Description The Superintendent is responsible for:
Overseeing & managing Large Public Academic projects from start through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parties
Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
Upholding company image / professionalism

The Successful Applicant The right candidate has the following qualifications:
8+ years experience as a Superintendent with a GC
Strong background in large scale ground-up public work (ideally K-12 -
not residential or multifamily )
Solid Tenure with a reputable GC
Proven ability to run a large job - the project will be $60M - open to someone who has a lot of LARGE project experience as a second super and is ready to take that next step
