## DescriptionJob Purpose:

The BDC Agent at Romeo Auto Group supports both sales and service by managing customer outreach, scheduling appointments, and maximizing lead opportunities. This role is essential in driving store traffic, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting overall revenue growth. Compensation includes a consistent weekly base salary plus performance‐based bonuses tied to appointment quality, show rates, and sales that result from BDC‐generated activity. Bonuses are awarded for qualified appointments that show, with higher payouts for long‐term/mining follow-up and standard bonuses for showroom, service‐to‐sales, and recent‐engagement leads. Annual earning potential typically ranges from $35,000 to $70,000, depending on performance, consistency in follow‐up, and overall monthly results

Key Responsibilities:* Engage with potential customers through internet car sales platforms to generate leads and convert them into sales.* Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the customer base and enhance market presence.* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.* Schedule and manage sales and service appointments efficiently to optimize customer flow and satisfaction.* Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer interactions.* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to support business analysis and decision-making.Continuously update knowledge of automotive products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers## QualificationsRequired Education:

- High school diploma

Required Experience:* Experience in internet car sales or related automotive sales roles* Proven track record in business development and customer service* Familiarity with scheduling and managing sales and service appointments* Experience in a dealership or automotive retail environment is preferredRequired Skills and Abilities:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously* Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on generating revenue and achieving sales targets* Ability to work collaboratively within a team to enhance customer satisfaction and company profitability #J-18808-Ljbffr
