Position Overview: Toyota of Riverside is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Sales Client Care Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and coordinate all incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally
Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries via telephone, email and text in a timely and efficient manner
Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth flow of communication with potential clients
Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer
Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships’ standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Basic knowledge of the automotive industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter and self-motivator
Previous customer service, sales or call center experience is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
