Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to implement growth experiments and onboarding improvements
Leverage PLG strategies: Implement self-serve onboarding experiences, in-product guidance, and personalized touchpoints to drive engagement
Develop and track KPIs: Define and measure success metrics (e.g., PQL rate, activation rate, time-to-value, trial-to-paid conversion, etc.)
Understand user needs: Conduct user research and analyze behavior to inform onboarding enhancements
Support leadership with board reporting and strategic recommendations
Nice-to-have: experience with onboarding tools (e.g., Appcues, Pendo, Chameleon, Userpilot)
We're looking for people who have
2+ years of product management or growth experience (ideally in a SaaS or PLG environment)
Strong analytical skills: Comfortable running robust analysis and working with analytics tools to inform A/B tests and user funnel optimization (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL is a plus)
User-centric approach: Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance user activation
Hands-on experimentation: Experience running experiments and iterating on product-led initiatives
Who you are
