a vendor-management role
a “strategy-only” role
a junior campaign manager role
a remote position (it’s in-office)
What you’ll own Your primary responsibility is
Paid Media R&D :
Build structured, cross-platform testing plans based on business goals
Define KPIs and success criteria
before
launch
Test offers, messaging, audiences, creatives, landing approaches, and campaign structures
Identify what to scale, what to cut, and what to test next
Turn performance findings into repeatable playbooks we can deploy across locations
Secondary responsibility is
platform maintenance/support :
Help keep active campaigns healthy and optimized
Assist with performance monitoring, pacing, and basic hygiene across platforms
Platforms (now + future)
Google Ads + Meta Ads
(must be strong hands‑on)
TikTok experience is a strong plus, and familiarity with other paid channels is a plus
Platform expansion is part of the job:
we’re building a testing engine that can expand into additional channels over time (TikTok, YouTube, DSP, emerging platforms). You don’t need to be an expert in every channel today — but you must be the type of operator who can evaluate new platforms, design controlled tests, and make clear scale/kill decisions based on real data.
How success is measured This role is judged on
downstream performance , not just CPC/CPL:
lead quality
booked consults
show rate
buyer conversion
paid revenue
ROAS and efficiency over time
Experience requirements (important) To be considered, you must have:
3+ years of hands‑on, in‑platform experience
personally building, launching, and optimizing campaigns (Meta and/or Google)
Target: 5–8 years total paid media experience
overall
You can’t be “strategy only” — you must have personally worked inside ad accounts
We strongly prefer candidates who have succeeded in
structured W‑2 team roles
(not only freelance/agency contracting), because this role requires long‑term consistency, tight collaboration, and operational discipline.
