You’ll connect with business owners, CFOs, and operators who may still be running on spreadsheets or legacy systems and introduce them to what’s possible with modern cloud ERP solutions like Sage Intacct and AI-enabled workflows.
This is not a “dial-for-dollars” role. It’s about starting real conversations that lead somewhere.
What You'll Be Doing: You’ll be the first touchpoint in building relationships with prospective clients:
Initiate outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting. Identify opportunities using frameworks like BANT. Engage finance leaders and business owners in meaningful conversations. Qualify pain points around reporting, visibility, and scalability. Set up high-quality meetings for our advisory and sales team. Build and manage your own pipeline over time.
You’ll hear “no” sometimes. That’s part of it.
What matters here is how you think, how you adapt, and how you keep conversations human.
What We’re Looking For: Experience in a lead generation, SDR, or BDR-type role. Comfort with sales frameworks (BANT, SPIN, or similar). Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Ability to handle objections without sounding scripted. Interest in business, finance, or technology (ERP, AI, automation). Self-starter mentality with a desire to grow.

Sage Intacct (best-in-class cloud ERP). AI-enabled financial workflows. Real-world CPA and advisory expertise.
Most firms sell software. We help clients redesign how their business runs.
Compensation & Growth: Uncapped Earnings. Base salary* ($45,000-$75,000) + booking bonus + commission with realistic on-target earnings (renewals eligible). High performers are rewarded. OTE ($150k). *Base Salary based on prior experience.
Career Path: This role is designed to grow into:
Account Executive. Advisory / Consulting roles. Leadership within sales or growth.
