As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing key Tier 1 suppliers and critical third-party partnerships. You’ll develop and implement a structured framework to oversee supplier relationships while helping to strengthen and expand high-value business opportunities. By ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners, driving strategic deal creation, and overseeing contract negotiations, you’ll help deliver value to clients and stakeholders. In this role, you’ll establish and maintain consistent e nga gement with partners, lead negotiations for partnership agreements and contracts, and develop creative deal structures that are mutually beneficial for all parties involved. You will also facilitate strategic pipeline reviews to identify and pursue key opportunities, resolve issues and risks related to supplier performance, and act as a vital liaison between suppliers and internal business leaders. Supported by your expertise in relationship management and contracting, you’ll ensure smooth, effective collaboration to drive successful business outcomes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. What You’ll Work On: Establish and maintain structured e nga gement routines, creating a regular cadence of communication with suppliers. Contract pipeline reviews, monitoring internal opportunity pipelines to identify areas for supplier e nga gement with the business. Negotiate partnership agreements, structure deals, and align contracts to support favorable business outcomes while mitigating risks. Review, draft, and manage the terms of contracts related to supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements. Identify and resolve supplier-related risks and challenges, including administrative or delivery issues, through proactive issue management and resolution. Collaborate closely with internal business leads to develop supplier strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams inquiring about supplier relationships and future e nga gements. Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have: 7+ years of experience managing supplier relationships or partnerships in a professional setting Experience negotiating partnership agreements, managing contract development, and ensuring compliance in supplier e nga gement Experience establishing and maintaining structured e nga gement frameworks to manage supplier communications effectively Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners Experience with contract terms and conditions Knowledge of deal structuring Knowledge of legal and regulatory considerations in supplier contracts Ability to craft agreements that align with business goals and mitigate risks Ability to proactively identify issues in supplier relationships and propose actionable solutions Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience with pipeline management processes and tools Experience managing third-party risk and navigating administrative or delivery challenges Experience delivering presentations and reports to senior business leaders or stakeholders Knowledge of supplier governance methodologies and frameworks Ability to analyze financial metrics associated with contracts and partnerships Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Possession of excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
