VP, Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate & middle market clients & financial sponsors incl. providing M&A advice & execution for large corporate clients & private equity firms. Prepare materials for clients & participate in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination & execution as well as conducting rigorous quantitative financial analysis & qualitative analysis, as well as workflows for clients. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Master's or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Performing investment banking transactions for leading investment bank; Executing investment banking transactions & processes incl. both M&A & cap mrkts products.
