Job Summary The Revenue Operations Analyst at Filevine is a key driver of operational excellence across the entire customer lifecycle. This role goes beyond system administration to ensure our "Lead-to-Revenue" process is seamless, measurable, and scalable. You will support the user management, configuration and optimization of our tech stack (centered on Salesforce) while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Support and Customer Success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a more advanced RevOps or Salesforce function over time.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with RevOps leadership to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement automated solutions to increase velocity.

Manage day-to-day operations, including user permissions, data hygiene, and deduplication. Day-to-day tasks may include:

Assist internal users by troubleshooting issues, answering Salesforce questions, and providing basic training or resource guides

User setup or deactivation, permissions troubleshooting

Data maintenance (imports, updates, data hygiene, deduplication)

Basic configuration (fields, page layouts, list views, queues)

Build and modify automations using Flows, validation rules, and formulas under guidance from senior team members

Help test new features, UAT scenarios, and release changes

Support integrations between Salesforce and our broader ecosystem (HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and internal Filevine systems).

Participate in RevOps initiatives, such as lead routing logic updates, and annual planning support.

Help maintain documentation of business processes, data models, and configuration changes

Support cross-functional teams by creating and updating reports, dashboards, and views to enable data-driven decision making

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Support and Customer Success stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements or fixes

Collaborate with IT to ensure alignment on systems, data structures and integrations

Qualifications

1–2 years in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Salesforce-centric role

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning)

Familiarity with RevOps tools and broader SaaS tech stack

Foundational understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, security, and reporting

Ability to translate technical requirements into "plain English" for stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data

Desire to grow into a more advanced RevOps or Salesforce Admin role

Ability to learn quickly and take direction from senior team members

Salary $65,000 - $75,000 a year
