This is the first Employment Immigration Paralegal for a growing practice within the firm. In this role you'll work closely with attorneys to develop best practices for employment immigration casework. Client Details This is the first Employment Immigration Paralegal for a growing practice within the firm. In this role you'll work closely with attorneys to develop best practices for employment immigration casework. Description Prepare and file visa applications, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and employment-based green cards. Assist attorneys in preparing legal documentation and correspondence related to immigration matters. Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Maintain and update case management systems to track client cases and deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates. Coordinate with government agencies and follow up on case statuses as needed. Support attorneys in responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other inquiries from immigration authorities. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure accurate advice and services. Profile A successful Employment Immigration Paralegal should have: 4+ years of previous experience in employment immigration matters, ideally within a global firm Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, forms, and procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases. Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools. Effective communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a large organization. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 USD annually based on experience.
