A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced
Immigration Paralegal
to support a growing Global Employment practice. This role offers the opportunity to be the first dedicated immigration paralegal within an expanding global immigration group and play a key role in shaping internal processes and best practices.
What You’ll Do
Support employment-based immigration matters for technology clients ranging from startups to industry leaders
Manage the full lifecycle of nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, E-2, E-3)
Handle permanent residency matters, including PERM, I-140, and I-485 applications
Partner closely with attorneys on case strategy, process improvement, tracking, and compliance
Monitor deadlines, status expirations, and immigration trends
Coordinate with international counsel on global immigration matters
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of employment-based immigration experience
Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant processes
Experience preparing and filing petitions with USCIS and DOL
Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills
Proficiency with immigration tracking software
Compensation $75,000-$120,000
Desired Skills and Experience
nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, E-2, E-3)
permanent residency matters, including PERM, I-140, and I-485 applications
