Role Description\nThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Retinal Specialist located in McAllen, TX. The Retinal Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various retinal and vitreoretinal disorders. Daily tasks will include performing retinal surgeries, administering treatments such as laser therapy and intravitreal injections, conducting patient consultations, and maintaining detailed patient records. The specialist will work closely with other healthcare professionals including optometrists, ophthalmologists, and primary care physicians, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
