3D Exhibit Designer - Trade Shows & Events

MetroSeek is a national search and recruiting firm with a niche focus on trade shows, events, and branded environments. We partner with exhibit houses, experiential marketing agencies, and companies that service and sell to the trade show and event space.

We are actively seeking qualified 3D Exhibit Designers in the Baltimore or Harford County area with experience in the trade show and event industry. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in 3ds Max, FormZ, or related 3D design software.

Hybrid arrangements are available for local candidates, but candidates must be willing to work in the office 3x per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and render visually compelling 3D exhibits, branded environments, and experiential activations.
• Translate client briefs and sketches into detailed 3D models and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, account teams, and fabricators to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
• Apply knowledge of materials, lighting, signage, and interactive elements to create innovative solutions.
• Stay current on design trends and emerging technologies in trade show and experiential marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in trade show or experiential design.
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max and FormZ (or related 3D rendering software).
• Excellent 3D visualization skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and construction methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
