About the Role: The Social Media Buyer supports the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives. This role helps ensure brand consistency, increases audience engagement, and drives awareness through digital, print, and community-based marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, data-aware, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Social Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media and search platforms. This role focuses on generating new leads and clients through high-converting marketing funnels and paid advertising strategies. The Social Media Buyer will work closely with internal teams and clients to execute campaigns that drive measurable results and consistent growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, self-directed, and experienced in managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as: Facebook / Instagram Ads Google Ads Zocdoc, Psychology Today, latterly Build and manage marketing funnels designed for local lead generation and patient acquisition . Test creative variations, audiences, and messaging to improve campaign performance. Client & Account Management Onboard new clients and collaborate on advertising strategy and offer development . Communicate campaign strategies and performance expectations with clients. Manage multiple client accounts and oversee campaign performance across portfolios. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track campaign performance and analyze advertising data. Provide performance reports and insights to internal teams. Identify opportunities to improve conversions and scale successful campaigns. Team Collaboration Work with internal marketing teams on campaign strategy. Communicate with team members using tools such as Slack. Manage projects and campaign workflows using project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com). Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience running paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads). Experience with lead generation funnels and conversion-focused campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare or medical marketing Knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion tracking Experience scaling campaigns across multiple ad accounts Familiarity with marketing analytics tools Key Traits Self-motivated and able to work remotely Strong attention to detail Growth mindset and results-driven mentality Ability to manage multiple client accounts Ready to join us?
